Moreover, Tosca apartment has got original wood door and window casings which have been restored and equipped with electric opening; there is independent air conditioning system and a satellite tv. This apartment has got an alarm system and is suitable for disabled people; bathrooms are not specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility.
